As far as I know it isn't. I played there last week and nothing was said about closing. They need patronage. People to show up and play, eat lunch ( great food ). Hope this info helps it's a great older club.
That deal of selling to a developer is dead. It's a golf course for all short term purposes. There are other rumors, but nothing real.
It is open for the foreseeable future!
