How can I get a hold of someone at CGFNS? I have been trying to call the line for the last 6 months, says lines are currently busy. Sent a request through the protal, no answer for over a month.

Please use the portal for all your requests. You will get feedback within 48hours. They seem to have a higher call volume & the call open window is quite short. I got my answers through the portal.

Hi all, I need an opinion please. My e-saved document is going to expire on September 2022 and I’m unable to log in to my account to purchase or extend storage and retention period for documents . I’m very tensed. I have been trying to cal them for 3weeks but all the lines are busy . Also, there is a Notice: Immediately – Expiration Dates Will Be Extended On All Applications. Is this for current applicants who is in the process or for those who need to extend their e-saved documents. If you guys know anything about an extension please do leave an opinion. Many thanks.
