Jeremy is the guy that repairs, setup, restrings .and other stuff. The price is fair compared to guitar center or sam ash.. I been happy with all the work he done for me.
Very fair!! I think they probably vary, but they have never let me down. I've had many pick ups put in , re string and set up for live shows. To me Zoo music is like family, they take care of me when it counts.
