You will operate an order picker (OP) You will be in a harness and elevated to either pick or stow products (boxes of shoes, purses etc) And No its not hard for a female to do.. because they do train you on the OP.
If you end up in the FTW9 warehouse, you'll be mostly lifting shoe boxes 1-20lbs and delivering them to outbound. Other warehouses have you delivering different goods which may be heavier (1-50lbs). Most any age and physique can easily work the PIT.
