I do not believe you are. The 30.06 notification is posted at all doors.
I would say if you are authorized by the State you would be fine. You would have to ask someone on staff for a definitive answer. Personally, I would rather be judged by 12, than carried by 6.
There is no 30.06 or 30.07 signs posted, so you can legally carry in there. I do.
Lots of uniformed officers all over so nothing to worry about.
