What is with the customer service at the sporting goods department? I have waited there for 15mins+, for 5 times, Who ever is working the sporting goods department needs to be fired. Military/civi's shouldn't be waiting that long to be helped.

Did you ask someone to help you? Not all locations have a person that's always at that counter. Pretty simple to get someone who works there to send an employee over. Also, as a veteran it's not necessary to mention you are military just to get sympathy. We all deserve the same service. Why even bring that up as it's not at all applicable to this situation. Have a little patience. Dont they teach that in the military anymore?

They only stock it. U have ask ask for customer service. They don't keep them there anymore.
