Don't waste your time with this awful company. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with and their prices are way too high for open box and used items.

Easy ordering online! Ordered a cover for an older iPad. However, I ordered the item as a guest rather than start an account! So after I get the confirmation email of my order I decided to go online and set up an online account. In the area that says to tap here if you want to start an account I tapped on ‘create an account’! NOTHING HAPPENED!! NADA! What wrong with your website? When I get this straightened out I’ll give a better review. And if I can’t start an account soon, I’m not coming back to order!! I’ve many times started an account on a website after I ordered something and never a problem as I’ve had here. I’ve tried 6 times now. And don’t even try to tell me it’s my iPhone. It’s not!!

Had my doubts buying an expensive 75" outdoor TV open box from TechForLess. But product is same as buying from Samsung, Amazon or big box retailer and big discount. Happy that I took the risk.
Refurbished Prototype
When you call for sales (sorry to blow up your phone, my friend), you're gonna want to ask for Donny. I've bought three open-box laptops from them and they were not only ~40% off retail, they were in mint condition. One of the computers had an issue with audio, but I was able to exchange it for a fourth one that was also in mint condition. Reassuring to spend money with a company that has great front and back end customer service right along with phenomenal prices on their products. Way better than they even advertise to be.

Sorry for the confusion. Like the other folks indicated, you just have to enter through what is more of a lobby area and follow the signs to our store. Please know that you can also buy online and pick up in store for an extra discount as all of our inventory is indeed right at our location. Please reach out if you have any other questions.
Yes they do also upgrades
At Tech for Less they buy overstock items from their vendors. Occasionally they will have refrigerators in stock. Best thing to do is look on the website or give them a call!
