Some stores make custom mums, others have base pre-made mums made, and some just sell everything to make a mum. This will really depend on the individual stores truck schedule and homecoming item deliveries as they can quickly sell out of cut ribbon as they cut all ribbon in-house.

As of right now, hobby lobby no longer does custom mums for this season. We do have pre-made ones in house, but they go very quickly.
