The initial exam is $165. The initial examination includes 3 standard diagnostic tests at no additional charge. The total cost for your first visit may increase if your pet requires medications, additional diagnostic testing or surgery. It is not required to have a formal referral, however we prefer that your pet's regular veterinarian send us any records of treatments they have done to help your pet. It helps our ophthalmologist establish a timeline and treatment plan to have this information. If that information is not available, it will not impede your ability to schedule an appointment.
Mine was $175.
You have to have a referral from your vet. The initial visit was around 250. But I don't know if that is the normal cost.
