I have had the same problem but it has allways been very busy. Try calling different times of the day. It seems right after they open is the best time to reach them. Hopes this helps u.
Yes. I tried for 3 days before I had to finally call my doctor to call them. Prescription still wasn't ready for another 24 hours. By that time I was sick from not taking it for 48 hours. This is negligence due to lack of staffing. Kroger needs to step it up and upgrade their phone system and start moving people in to balance their staff properly. Unfortunately all I can do is pray for the people running this pharmacy for help.
