I feel somewhat bad writing this review because everyone (except the dentist) was kind and likely well-intentioned. However—staff at this location needs training on how to be normal around people with disabilities. Location was blasting Christian worship music when I arrived. I was anxious and in pain and this didn’t help. This ended up raising my blood pressure quite a bit while waiting in the lobby. I received a lecture for this, as well as unsolicited medical advice as I use a mobility aid to get around. Was literally asked if I’d ever tried yoga to “fix it” with someone’s fingers in my mouth. Not a good experience lol. The dentist seemed irritated that I was there and dismissive to my pain, despite me having “major decay” (his words) and impacted teeth. Also, realized as I was leaving that the exam room’s blinds had been open and literally anyone passing by on the street had an unobstructed view into the treatment room. Joy. Overall wish I had skipped this one and found a normal dentistry office in the morning.

Avoid this scam dentist at all cost. They are out for one thing and that's to rip off customers. They will overcharge you and will not refund money owed. We have been trying to get our refund from them for over 6 months and they continue to make excuses and we still don't have our money. They never return phone calls and place all the blame on someone named Erica in Omaha that can't be reached. They have numerous complaints on the BBB website from people that have all had the same experience. Unless you want to lose money, don't ever go to this office!
