You can only enter the park if you are a guest at the hotel. Basically, it is free for hotel guests.
The water park is exclusively for the guests staying at the Gaylord Texan Resort. The water park is super clean since it's a resort first and a water park second. It's worth the money to spend the night at the Gaylord Texan Resort so that you can go to Paradise Springs.
How much to the public
The previous answers are spot on. It is only open for the hotel guests, super clean and the nice water we have ever been to. The food is good and staff is excellent.
