Can three of us car pool and ce together and each get food for our house holds . Me and another lady don't have car so we would have to ride with our neighbor.would we still be able to get assistance and what do we bring like verification wise

Yes you can collect food for multiple families. There is no verification needed. They will write the number of families you are collecting food for on your windshield and they will load that much food in your car.
