No sir. Membership is required to purchase pizza.
If you enter through the exit doors (merchandise returns), they will normally not check and can go directly to food area but it is strictly for Costco members. Hope that helps.
Not sure, they have not asked me for my card when I have gone to buy food.
Before you go enter the store you have to display you Costco card and at the register. I am not sure about the fast food side. Just go up to the register and see, it will not hurt.
