As Allison mentioned in her answer, crate training can certainly help and is often a part of training when it comes to food aggression. So you may be able to find a trainer to assist you with this if you're interested in giving this dog a chance. Some trainers will give you a discount if the pet was adopted so you may want to call around and see what your options are before rehoming. Best of luck.
Crate feed him and either make him wait until the others are finished eating and pick up all food or crate feed everyone. Dont leave food down. Some dogs are food insecure thru no fault of their own. Give him a chance.. crate feeding solves MANY problems.
