You'd have to become a "member". Membership gives you free admission and other perks depending on the level you choose. You also get free parking and go through a shorter line to get in. We'll worth the cost of you plan on going several times in a year.
We have purchased family passes for several years and visit at least once a month. The free parking will pay for the pass
How much is the Discovery 5 for the year? I'm thinking of getting this for my daughter-in-law and family
My stepdaughter, son in law and grandchildren have this but as I understood it they had to buy separate annual passes for three of the four children, not the youngest as she is currently 1. Kids passes were lower price than adults I think.
We went as a Birthday surprise for my youngest, we ended up getting the Discovery 5 which for a year allows me to take up to 4 guests and myself, I was able to put almost half of my cost in December's visit toward the yearly membership which was awesome. You get free parking, there are free lockers for storing things like jackets and such, plus other little perks like discount in the gift shop and on some of the movies presented in the omni theater, really worth it.
Well worth it if even you go every other month.
It's worth the cost of you go frequently.
If you have kids under 10 its not a bad deal. The plaetarium(msp?) is great and free.
