If I send money to someone do they need their id to pick it up or just the reference number

Ok look Savannah Taylor this is how it works : if you send money to someone at the moment he try to pick up the money the person at the counter will ask for an ID to make sure he is the right person you sending money to , BUT if he doesn't have any kind of ID there's is a Q & A which you'll pick up the Q n he'll have the A (you'll have to tell him the answer for the question you picked from the others options"of sending money) And about the reference number that depends on which franchise you chose to send money. Some they just ask for a ID to the person you sending to, some will ask for an ID reference number and the amount !others would ask both you n him! for an ID and a reference number !! Yeah some are bit ches !!
