Where is it exactly located I didn't find it and if anybody knows if they rent it for parties like a sweet 15 and like how much it is to rent it.

It's on the feeder of Hwy 287 north of Waxahachie. Take the I-35 exit like you are going to Dallas but stay on the feeder. Cross the Ovilla road and go past the Family Faith Academy, it's on the right. Don't know about cost but they do rent the facility.
