We just moved in a month ago and are going through the exact problems the previous reviews have addressed. We are not getting our packages till we fill out a lost package locator. The packages are showing delivered and we are not getting multiple packages. We get a phone call about our request and they act like it's a light matter. We had to file for a package already with our bank. We also got someone else's IRS letters in our mail. They are marking packages delivered or to come and get them at post office We have never experienced this before. This needs to be fixed! And receiving packages that showed delivered 3-5 days before is not going to work. This is every package now. We are still to this day missing a package that shows delivered.

I have mailbox with multiple units (house) numerous times the parcel boxes were unlocked left open with a package in it. Once the whole thing was open. and now Twice now I had issues with packages first time they made 3 attempts I was home each time ring camera also confirmed nobody came. Was told to go to usps to pick up I did and wasn’t there mail carrier has it. Second time marked delivered but no package opened a case they said resolved still no package opened a second case complained about previously mentioned issues essentially mail carrier aren’t held accountable and there’s nothing they can do about their mail carriers… ummm ok

I don’t know if it’s this location or a combination of them but twice now, my packages have been broken open and squashed. EVEN WHEN THERE IS A HANDLE WITH CARE LABLE ON IT!! Below are my packages from the last two days (in a row)

I was not notified my package was attempted to be delivered so my package ended up at their horribly unorganized office where they lost the package. Not only this, I spent hours on hours on the phone trying to figure out what was going on and even went up to their office for the woman behind the desk to lie to me and say they returned it when every other people I spoke with after told me it was still in there office. I put in a service request and when they called me they told me what I already knew, that they lost it and then proceeded to tell me I could start another process to find my package at some other center they send stuff too but at this point I'm at my wits end. They need to take responsibility and do that themselves. It's not my job, it's yours. I would give 0 stars if I could
