They pay low wages and hire people who don't care about customer service.
Because some employees have no better sense than to not have pride in there work and to only see color
At this Walmart I haven't really noticed a racial issue but my husband and I shop late at night and we are just average people who have to shop late due to our work schedules and their 'secret security people' constantly follow us shopping. I am not a theif and have never stolen anything ever so its really upsetting. I only go their when I really have to.
I have never had a problem at Walmart Supercenter with racism.

There is too much competition in Garland to put up with this. Kroger & Tom Thumb are geared more towards customer service. Walmart does not care about the consumer, evident by slimming down the variety of products to streamline profits.

Best advice is that they make mimnmal wage and are probably high just dont talk to them
