Horrible! Got here at 2:40pm. No one was at the window, called the automated system and spoke with someone to let him know I was here. He asked who I was there for and that someone will be out. The same guy comes out with the paperwork, and says it'll be $X amount. I said ok. Then he said hold on, and proceeded to count the till and close out his drawer. At 2:45, he says that they are changing shifts and the next person will be in at 3pm. At 3, someone comes in, without a word, starts counting the till. 3:05, he looks up and asks "are you here to get someone?" Yes, I am. Then he leaves! What!? 3:20, another person and a trainee comes out to get my info. I thought I was a criminal!

Only thing in the Garland police Department thats worth five stars is Officer Cruz.. Very humble listens and seems to really care. The rest are meat heads or angry hall monitors. Met officer Cruz saturday night it was a bad situation for me but he treated me respect.

Processed everything very quickly once warrant was paid, boyfriend was in and out within 4 hours when it could’ve taken 8-24 hours! Thanks boys!
