Yes, all of their tortillas are basically made to order, both the flour and the corn varieties. It is one of the many things that make La Casita one of the most special home style Mexican restaurants I have ever been to.

I'll go out of my way to eat there. It's always been a good positive experience for me. Food is pretty delicious for a restaurant that is fairly basic.

I enjoy La Casita. It is just basic Mexican food that is homemade. If you want something fancy go somewhere else. I love the fresh made tortillas.
