Have you ever called the store inquiring on availability and cost and was told to go to website..that just happened..i guess they were to busy to help..I'll just go to Home Depot

Stephanie, you can find that location on the map and rate it with comments. Corporate will generally respond on poor ratings. I haven't worked for Lowe's but other similar chains are very attentive to negative feedback.

No, I have never experienced that. If you go to the website and do a search, it will tell you if it is available at that location. It was really bad customer service to treat you as they did though. (FYI, I am not a Lowe's employee).
