We have neighbors on our road that let there dogs roam outside their residence. We rescued 1 of their last litter they let out the night before the last hurricane was to hit. They have since had another litter with these all roaming. What can i do?

You can also take pictures of them roaming to help your animal control officer locate them AND keeps the owner from saying they weren't loose.

When they are roaming lose call the animal shelter and inform them. They'll come out, if they have to keep coming out they'll eventually end up keeping the dogs
