Hi Debra, please forgive the delay in response. We recommend a maximum temperature of 425 degrees fahrenheit. It is important on to fill the base of the baker with food or liquid so that the piece does not heat unevenly. Never put a hot baker down on a granite countertop, be sure to use a hot pad. Avoid putting cold pottery in a hot oven. It is always best to bring your dish to room temperature then heat your filled dish up with the oven. Keep in mind the baker will retain heat after you pull it out. Enjoy using your Polish Pottery and we wish you wonderful culinary creations in your future! All the best, Dan
Hi Debra, personally I have not had the oven higher than 350 degrees to be on the safe side. I do believe though that your question would be answered on their website. Enjoy your Polish Pottery pieces! Judy
