YES! 90% of it has wide isles and open air. But electric scooters or electric wheelchairs are best because there are alot of hills.

Yes but the rental scooters would be the better option

Rentals are there but not alot of people can rent them and YES she can move around. Alot of ramps and smooth surfaces around

It would be better to use a rental scooter (go buddy) than a standard wheelchair. There are plenty of rental booths there.
