There were some hose bibs there, but I'd just bring my own water man. You never know if they will be accessible, besides the fact that you don't know about their clenliness. Then again, I am kind of a germ hater. Best of luck with your boil man. Big coolers full of water, or maybe multiple cases or large containers of bottled water should do the trick huh?
Yes but it is shut off. Use to be for the dogs but now the closes thing to it is the watering sprout in the kids play area but no connection for hoses. Sorry you're out of luck. Bring something to carry water from the bathroom to yiur pot?

There is a water hose base next to one of the out buildings off the path, but nothing near one of the pavilions or picnic tables.
