Yes they do, and it looks like Patricia -another viewer, gave you good info. They are located closer to the entrance on the left side of the store if you have not been to this particular Wal-mart before. Hope that helps.
If you're asking if they have beta fish, yes they do. They are beside the fishtanks on the shelf in small glass jars. They also have all the supplies you'd need to care for them.
