Dear Kohls....no one is happy that Kohls decided to move their customer service to the back of the store. No. One. Also, having more than 1 cashier at the back for returns, and Amazon returns would be great so that customers aren't waiting in line 15 min to make a Kohls return.

The in store customer service staff were very helpful for us
Same time every Sunday
All employees are wearing masks, and masks and distancing are encouraged for shoppers. They also indicate they are doing extra cleanings,, and the store really appears to be well kept. There were not a lot of shoppers when I was there.
Yes, it's located at the rear part of the store, near the restrooms.
Not sure on that. There use to be a big and tall mans store close to the mall in College Station.
