I've had trouble starting my car with key but always started after jiggling it around now the car will not turn over at all do I need to replace the ignition or look at something else?

Depending on what kind of car you have I would check the ignition wires at the switch first but it sounds like you need a new ignition switch

Not sure. I had the same problem and would have to put my key in the ignition and turn the steering wheel to get the key to turn move and then turn over the engine. Never got it fixed so am unsure the exact problem
