This hasn't been my experience with ACE. You should contact their management team and let them know your concerns. They've always taken care of me.
Maybe, like mine, that 50 foot of wire goes in the Wall. They have to follow AZ Codes for wiring in a residential home or bussness. Other wise they might get sued for a lot more.
