I do not work at Touchstone either, but I had the same experience. Management needs to update and refresh their website to allow ticket sales at least 1 month in advance or other theaters will gobble up that Customer dollar. Also, no app? If you are gonna offer a rewards program you MUST have an app. I LOVED this theater when it was SMG...if Touchstone wants to survive here they better get way more customer friendly and do a much better job of marketing. Otherwise, they won't last and that would be a shame.
