No. It is part of the community fishing program. Like all public waters in the state, a fishing license is required. (Your fees paid at a state park are considered a one day license for the shores of that park, hence why no license is required for the shores in a state park.)

What I read in their ad is that they sell them at the park somewhere I don't know if that's true or not but you can buy a fishing license online if that helps just need a driver's license number and a name I hope this helps you that if it does please give me a thumbs up I would really appreciate that and have a wonderful day God bless you
