Why were they charging $20 on 1/16/21? Didn't know it was so expensive

Its maintained by City of Seaward and only for the residents its allowed for $5. For rest its $20. Alternatively there's a parking space ahead of park like 0.5 mil on the main road .Its no charge and you can walk to beach
