This park is a hidden treasure. You can watch the sunrise on the water. It's so clean and well kept. I took my 2 year old at 9 am on a weekday and we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Love that they have a mommy and me swing.

An oasis of peace, so hard to find in the midst of the city. Wished entrance was free and the pier rebuilt.

Yes, the park will be open.
They still have it close i call the city and they tell me maybe they open it on middle of the summer or late summer
Nothing, just show your license with Seabrook address or a bill with your name and Seabrook address
The pier is still closed. It's in very bad shape. I was there yesterday.
Pine Gully Park closes at sunset each day. Typically around 7pm in the fall/winter and 8pm in the spring/summer.
Its maintained by City of Seaward and only for the residents its allowed for $5. For rest its $20. Alternatively there's a parking space ahead of park like 0.5 mil on the main road .Its no charge and you can walk to beach
Dogs are allowed in the park and on the peir as long as they are on a leash and constrained. Please be considerate of others on the peir. Yes, per Texas Parks and Wildlife you have to have a fishing license to fish.
Well Ive seen several ppl crabbing from the pier but that is the only place in the park.
Just an FYI it's a state law the requires anyone over the age of 18 to have a fishing license to fish in public areas if you have like a residential Pond or water retention area that has fish in it but it's on private property you do not need a fishing license
There is a charge for non residents. There is a gate man there.
Not sure, check with the park district
Only one
Very good place, only the cost of entry is 20, it is a bit expensive
Jajajaja thanks, fishing can wait then
They've been known to check drivers licenses to see if you're a resident. If you are, it's free.
Yes its open and its free if you live in Seabrook
Sometimes there is someone working the booth for the entrance fee. But, not always. And, you can park along Toddville Rd and walk into the park using the trails without a fee.
Yes make sure if you're going to fish you have your fishing license they come by and check. You didnt say a time you asked a Question? which required a yes or no
3rd week in march I was told
It wasn't on Tuesday....but that's the last I checked.
The pier was damaged and they've cancelled events but i haven't heard the park being closed.
