I have had an MDX loaner before, I don't know if all their loaner cars are MDX though. They will normally give you one when the repair that you are having done is more than a couple hours or a day or two. Oil changes don't get a loaner!
If you mean rentals, they don't rentals, but loaners yes
They do sometimes, best to ask service person when making an appointment.
