Is this supposed to be a question? Or is this a response to someone? Or can you elaborate more to what this statement means? Who's wrong? If you get rob? Is that supposed to be rob?, or robbed?, or is it supposed to be another word and autocorrect screwed it up? Last "You should know what to do"?, again who should know what to do?, and what should they do? I don't know what they should do because I don't know what this is pertaining too. Please explain your statement a lot better, so for one if it is a question then you can get an appropriate answer, or second if it is a response then the person you are responding has a better understanding what you are specifically talking about.
Rob had been fired as the store manager
