I would like to have a family gathering of approximately 35 people at one of the outdoor picnic areas this December. Do I need to try to make a reservation for this or is it simply first-come-first serve?

Due to Covid-19, I do believe the city is asking citizens not to have parties, or gatherings of more than 10 people.
