but from what ive heard is you can report any store to the BBB because they are not supposed to do that ... make you spend more than u are wanting to hence the $5 minimum to use a debit/credit card
Most businesses require a minimum of 5 to 10 dollar because of the fees they pay to the credit card companies this is very normal
What Alex said. Those signs have been up since debit debuted. How is this the first one you've encountered?
Because they get charged for each transaction, and they lose money that way.
