At the heights location they don't offer any family meals when ordering online, they forgot to add 2 of my tacos, so I then waited until it was ready and this was all for pick up. When I got home the whole order was not warm.

Ordered a burrito bowl online but they did not have an option for rice on the website and they took my rice out of my bowl. I’m not sure why they would do that. The bowl really isn’t filling without it. Very disappointed.
