Please tell me why were the doors locked at 7 pm on Tuesday forcing customers to go thru the drive thru line. I don't normally go there around this time. Is this normal?

Honestly i believe it probably is.. smh and ive actually been There one time when their does are locked way before they're supposed to be smh. I literally drive an extra 10 mins to go to another McDonalds. Because this one is pass HORRIBLE

NOTHING ABOUT THIS MCDONALDS SURPRISES ME AFTER THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED A FEW MONTHS AGO. I NOTIFIED MCDONALDS CORPORATE ABOUT MY INCIDENT AND THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO NOTIFY THIS LOCATION. YOU KNOW WHAT RESPONSE I GOT...? NOTHING! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME,PATRONAGE OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

Its McDonald's what don you expect fat fks go cook healthy dinner at home 🐷🐷🐷🐷

It's so so sad that the customer service is very bad☹ I have to leave my area an go to hwy 6 or Stafford to get good customer service
