Agree with other posters completely. Came to Houston with my daughter and we ate here four times in three days. With tons of leftovers to take home.

I was born and raised in Queens, New York. When I went to K&Z I jumped into the Wayback machine!! Egg Creams..... Kosher franks (yeah we called them franks), Corned Beef, Pastrami, Brisket outstanding.....AND they bake their own Rye bread!!! Truly awesome stuff, big portions, big bucks but worth every penny!! They have ALL the Jewish deli delights and so much more!!! ;)

Honesty, everything. This is a real-deal, family owned NY deli. No prepackaged Sysco stuff here. There are maybe 150 entrees on the menu. Lots of sandwiches, burgers and breakfast items. The portions are huge so you will probably get another meal out of your leftovers.

It's excellent here. Huge portions. Sandwiches range from 17 to 20 bucks but are big enough to share

Everything! I will even enjoy foods here that I wont touch in any other restaurant. One of my favorites is their Reuben. Served open faced on a platter using house baked rye bread, heavily laden with house made corned beef, saurkraut, thousand island dressing and the whole platter full layered in thick melted swiss cheese. House made full sour and half sour pickles on the table. Cheesecake lovers should definitely have K&Z's cheesecake. It is huge and delicious.
