They are rude and unprofessional in this establishment which is why I would never trust them with my hair. I went in ti simply ask about a particular style and pricing. The women greeted me very rudely telling am I going to get my hair done or not as if she was too busy to be bothered with my questions. The place was empty so she clearly was not busy.

Nope. I asked them to leave mines out and they braided them anyways. They left out like a strand of hair for my edges

Yes they leave your edges out. I've had my hair braided there twice. This is the only hair braiding salon that I have been to that NEVER had my hair fall out. THIS IS MY GO TO FOR BRAIDS!!!
