Cleo was a philanthropist. She and her husband, doctor Samuel Swayne, lived on the property where it housed their home and his medical practice. The museum is open at 9a til dusk and it's very picturesque.
If you walk the path, they have a huge board located down a little ways, that tells all about the family! It's pretty interesting stuff!
Very good and I might also add that it was years in the making and although the origins were throughout history and culture it is a place that time still embraces and after they passed away,a large fund was created and will allow maintenance for the next 50 years or more.
