Mobile homes only. Buy only, no rental mobile homes. Space rent is approaching$1200.00 monthly for a shabby park. There is NO security except the gate which is only closed at night. I've lived here for over 13 years and there has been 7 different less than stellar managers. Looking forward to selling my home. Sewer system is antiquated, frequent raw sewage spills running down the gutters. This is not a 5 star park but the space rent is. Run away, run away far from Greed River Village if you're smart!
There is mobile homes only.The residents that live there are very nice .The location is nice because it's very close to a market ,gas stations,and Mexican restaurant and there service is very friendly,and their food is great authentic Mexican food.alsi prices are good.I don't know the prices on space rentals.They also have good security. I would definitely recommend Oakcreek Mobil home park as a place to live if your looking to put a Mobil home there.
