That's just unacceptable! I would definitely make them pay for that!

I checked in Tuesday it was a long wait and it was 6:30 p.m. I ask for room on 17th floor . They said it would be a hour wait I declined took what was available on the 15
If it's not ready, it's not ready. You can ask to complement the wait time some how by additional night or by waiving the resort fee.
Your room should be ready well before check in. This is not typical. Make them give your party comps and or upgrades!! Or threaten to take your business elsewhere... goodluck
That's nuts. We were there last week. Checked in on Sunday around 2pm. Line was long but they had a room ready. We stayed in an upper grade room though. Might depend on the type of room as to what they have available.
Wondering if the NFL game has anything to do with it. Might just be a vegas thing. Not sure tho.
