Is it typical to wait well past 4pm to get to check into our room its 6pm Monday night and we are still waiting for our room to "redy" won't be returning to Caesars any time soon!

If it's not ready, it's not ready. You can ask to complement the wait time some how by additional night or by waiving the resort fee.

Your room should be ready well before check in. This is not typical. Make them give your party comps and or upgrades!! Or threaten to take your business elsewhere... goodluck

That's nuts. We were there last week. Checked in on Sunday around 2pm. Line was long but they had a room ready. We stayed in an upper grade room though. Might depend on the type of room as to what they have available.
