Don't worry.....just go for a walk, either inside or outside...there is a lot of places!
Casino floor has their own cafe that serves breakfast, then there is the breakfast buffet, earl of sandwich (open 24/7), Blondies (in the miracle mile shops), Chick fil a right outside of planet hollywood has breakfast, and then walk on the strip and there are plenty of breakfast spots. Too many to list.
In the caesars palace food court you will find multiple restaurants

Across the street from Caesars is the LINQ Hotel. Go and have breakfast at Hash House a go go inside the LINQ. You are welcome.

Bacchanal buffet at Caesars, and Mon Ami Gabi at the PAris Hotel and casino. The Pantry at the Mirage Hotel and casino.
The best place for breakfast is Cafe Americano. They are 24 hours and the food is too amazing not to try.
There is one in the mall by Plant Hollywood.
I like Hash a go go.

Their are a lot of fast food restaurants on the strip. Depends what you want.
Across from Caesar is a street with lots of choices. You can follow the open street you will see restaurants and shops .Take to end and back it's a fun side street. SORT at the Link Casino.
There's a lot of restaurants near Caesars Palace across the street walk all over you will run into a bunch of restaurants you got Greek restaurant Chinese start anything you would think of it's all over walkable distance just walk Las Vegas Boulevard strip
Within the hotel arra there are 3 great options. Cage Americano and Bacchanal buffet. There's room service as well
