Fremont for sure, but try not to make too many hard plans, go with the flow.
Mon Ami Gabi is my favorite restaurant in Vegas but the Bachannal Buffet in Ceasars Palace is a good choice also. Both are not cheap but worth the price.
Definitely visit Fremont Street one night, it's a show in itself! Lots of places to eat/drink and free entertainment!
It's so much to do, the buffet is one of the best

Depends what you are craving. I really enjoy Stone crab in CEASARS hotel. Steaks and seafood in California hotel
Hells Kitchen only get the sticky toffee pudding! A must!!!
Sam's town is a Christmas wonderland there is a water show every two hours and the steak house, the Angry Butcher is one of my favorites! A real jewel away from the strip.
I just celebrate my bday Dec 3rd . Look for spot that doesn't charge for parking.
It depends on how much you want to spend. I highly recommend eating breakfast at The House of Blues. Lunch anywhere. The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio. Stack at the Mirage. So many great places. I recommend going on the strip and just take it all in. The Venetian has the Gondola ride. That's great unless you're going with just girlfriends. Catch a Show...The Beatles LOVE show is something to see. Mandalay/Delano has a Michael Jackson show in the casino. Enjoy and happy birthday.
There are numerous restaurants in any of the hotels. The gambling isnt that great at Caesar's if you like slots. I would reccomend going to all the casinos and to take up a show. Have fun and happy birthday.
Make sure you check out the all you can eat seafood buffet in Caesar palace excellent and the night clubs there are off the chain so Kane so just go to wanted to concierge an estimate which resorts have the nightclubs you won't have a bad night at all enjoy yourself
This depends on what you like to eat. If you like Seafood, go to Joe's in Cesar's Palace. If you like steak, try The Steakhouse in Circus Circus. There is a really good Brazillian Steakhouse called Fogo de Chao. Like Asian? Lotus of Siam is the best Thai and Ping Pang Pong is excellent Chinese. I recommend Sakana or Gorilla for sushi.
Find the foundation in the Mandalay bay casino
