Hello just wondering where is my package. How can you say when you try to deliver and no one shows up to deliver. Why deliver at midnight when my family is asleep. I have dogs that will alert me if someone is here. Why you say you deliver when you do

I had the same thing ..target sent me a pkg I paid for fast delivery again the package hasn't arrived it said 2 day it arrived in visalia monday today is saturday dec 14.its still not delivered I didnt know ONTRAC was delivering because I would never have ordered This Company is THE Worthless .THEY SAIS WEDNESDAY NO SHOW THEN THURSDAY NO SHOW THEN FRIDAY NOPE NOW IT SAYS MONDAY I JUST HOPE PAYDAY ISNT THE SAME.

These guys are notorious for doing this. They have marked the package as delivered when it wasn't. I recently had a driver show up at my door to ask if they had already delivered a package, which they hadn't. I don't know why he just didn't deliver it himself. I'm currenly awaiting another delivery that's already 7 days past it's original delivery date. I have called their customer service, but cannot get through; either the phone will not ring, or I get a message saying they're receiving more calls than usual and get hung up on by the automated system. This is super frustrating.
