The easiest way, if you google the name of the boutique. It will give you the hours of operation.. 😃👍
Park opens until 2 AM on Saturday's. Some Boutique stores close an hour before closing time.

They vary. Some are open until around 1900-2000. Some are open until closing. I recommend checking the hours ahead of time as they have them posted on their front doors.
